The long, relaxing and flowing strokes relieve tension and gently remove stress. Based on Swedish and relaxation techniques, it will leave you feeling calm and centered.
deep tissue massage 45, 60 or 90 minutes
Provides specific muscle tension release using deep pressure and trigger points to relieve "knots" and release chronic pain. Especially effective for high stress tension areas or patterns, injuries, and for those needing more of a "body workout."
aromatherapy massage 60 or 90 minutes
relaxation massage plus the added benefits of aromatherapy. Whether to breathe more freely, reduce a headache, boost your immune system, or balance your self, aromatherapy provides the therapeutic effects desired. Aromatherapy addresses many issues - ask your massage therapist to help you select the essential oils which are best for you.
solimar sun stone massage 60 or 90 minutes
Heated basalt stones, warmed and oiled, are used in the therapists hands during the relaxation strokes, then placed on specific tension spots on your body. The soothing heat, warmed oil, and gentle weight of the stones nurtures, grounds, and comforts.
four handed massage 60 or 90 minutes
Choreographing the strokes, techniques, talents, and their creativity, two massage therapists will work on you at the same time. More than a massage, a bodywork art form with you as the canvas!
body focused massage 30 minutes
A half hour massage focusing on one, two, or three areas (for instance, neck, shoulders, and back). Best for chronic pain relief or a brief respite.
Can be booked with your appointment or as available after you arrive. A wonderful addition to any bodywork experience.
