Solimar’s calming environment, unique services, variety of products, and highly knowledgeable staff all come together to create your own personal retreat. For Your Health
If you have any health issues or concerns, please speak to your technician and/or doctor. In addition, please inform Solimar if your are pregnant, nursing, recovering from a recent surgery, going through any radiation therapy, or have a serious medical condition. Your health and safety along, with our staffs’ health and safety, is our number one concern, so please inform us so we can best accommodate you.
It is encouraged to make reservations for your next treatment at the end of your current treatment. Same day calls are very welcome and we will do our best to accommodate your requests upon availability. If you have a technician, or technician gender preference, please let our Front Desk Receptionist making your reservation aware at time of booking. A credit card number will be required to hold all appointments, so please be prepared with that information when calling to make a reservation. (see also cancellation policy)

Note: If you are pregnant, have an illness, or are seeking Solimar's services for your health, please inform the our front desk receptionist when making your appointment or schedule a consultation prior to making any service appointments so that we can provide the safest, most appropriate, caring, and effective services possible.
Solimar respectfully requires a 24 hour cancellation notice in order to better serve our clients. (Groups of 5 or more we require a 7 day cancellation notice). When making a reservation, a credit card is required to hold all appointments. If not given appropriate cancellation time, Solimar reserves the right to charge 50% of services to the credit card holding the appointments. By providing Solimar with your credit card you are consenting to abide by our cancellation policy. Solimar Gift Cards can not be used to hold appointments.
A Solimar Gift Card is the perfect gift for birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, or any special occasion. There are three stress free ways to purchase a gift card for any denomination; online at solimarspa.com, over the phone at 651-686-6686 (Eagan) or 952-479-0988 (Bloomington), or from one of our Receptionists at the front desk. Gift Cards can be used for any service or retail item, they can not be used to hold appointment times and they are non-refundable once purchased.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment time, if new to our Spa please allow 20 minutes. We do require a health history form for all appointments, and other services may require further paperwork such as waxing consent, dosha questionnaire, and contact information. You will be provided with a robe, slippers or socks, and refreshments.
If you are going to be late for your appointment please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, however service times may be shortened or services may have to be rescheduled. If it does have to be rescheduled, you will be charged a cancellation fee (50% of the service cost).
Gratuities are always appreciated although not expected. If you would like to leave a tip you may do so with cash or add it to your service when checking out. As a reference only, a typical gratuity ranges from 15-25% of the cost of service received.
Our team of experienced and licensed skin care technicians, bodywork therapists, hair designers, make up artists, and nail care professionals, are ready to guide you on your Solimar beauty and wellness journey. Each Solimar employee is dedicated to working with you to customize a spa visit to meet your needs. To ensure this, we perform a thorough consultation as part of your initial visit to Solimar.
The staff at Solimar works as a team. You may request a particular staff member for your visit, or ask a receptionist to refer you to a Solimar staff member who will provide you with excellent service. However, if you do prefer a specific staff member, we do suggest that you pre-schedule your next service at checkout.
We accept multiple forms of payment such as; Solimar Gift Cards, Spa Finder gift cards/certificates, Spa Wish certificates, Cash, Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Solimar does not accept personal or travelers checks.
Solimar guests are provided with a robe, socks or slippers, and a personal locker for you to secure your belongings. Please leave any valuables at home for which Solimar is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Jewelry is best removed before going into services. Because your comfort and privacy are a priority, you may undress to your level of comfort for your services.
To fully enjoy your relaxation experience please leave all cell phones and laptops at home or locked in your locker. To best serve you and other guests no cell phone use will be permitted in Oasis or treatment areas, we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Young adult & Children
Solimar Spa offers services to young adults and children with an adult present under the age of 14. A consent form will be required of the guardian for young adults and/or children prior to receiving services. If an adult is receiving a service, small children must have another adult present.
Special Occasions and Groups
Solimar has hosted many memorable and relaxing events for a variety of groups. Lunch can be provided for you and your guests from Panera Bread . We do require a credit card to hold all groups along with a requirement of 7 days cancellation notice for any member of your group. Any service changes need to be made 7 days prior to appointments, those changes are subject to technician availability and can not always be accommodated. Please call and speak to our receptionist for personalized options.
Because your comfort and privacy are our top priority, you may undress to your level of comfort for services. You will be draped at all times, and only the body part being worked on will be exposed.
